To face the summer heat with the right spirit, the recipe of smoked truffle with strawberry sauce is what is right for you: fresh, light, but above all an explosion of colors and flavors, which will also match the palates of the more difficult to conquer.
Take a big bowl and pour in it yogurt and powder sugar: mix everything and let it rest for few minutes. In the meantime, wash and cut the organic strawberries into irregular pieces and arrange them in a blender: add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and blend everything until you get a sauce very similar to a strawberry jam. If you like it, you can also add a few drops of lemon to the mixture.
Once the strawberry sauce is ready, take the biscuits and crumble them coarsely. Now get 4 medium-sized ice cream cups and start pouring the crushed biscuits on the bottom. At this point add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, previously mixed with powdered sugar and, in turn, cover with strawberry jam. To complete, add the dark chocolate, previously grated, and a couple of flakes of truffle (not too much, because its taste is very strong).
Once the first layer is complete, repeat the process until the cups are full and then, let the cake rest in the fridge for about an hour. Before serving, garnish the cups with a slice of black truffle and fresh strawberries.
