The Strawberry Jelly Pudding is a typically summer dessert, thanks to its freshness and quick preparation. You can enjoy it at the end of the meal as a dessert or as a snack, during warm summer afternoons. To give the recipe an even fresher and original touch, you can add feeding red strawberry, rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
First, place the gelatine in a bowl and soften it with a little cold water; at this point place the jelly sheet and let it dissolve in a glass of warm water. Then, take the blender and add little by little the liquid cream, condensed milk, strawberry juice and melted jelly: start blending everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
At this point, take a mold for pudding and gradually add the mixture obtained, making sure that no lumps are formed. Then put the container in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until it has hardened. After that, pass it to the refrigerator, so that it remains cold, but no icing.
Before serving the dessert on the table, remove it from the pudding mold and place it on a plate. Then wash and cut some strawberry varieties and put them around the pudding, to give an original touch to your dessert.
