Then prepare the strawberry puddle with condensed milk, a quick recipe and ideal for combating summer heat!

Preparation time:

20 minutes

Number of servings:

4 people

Difficulty:

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr fresh strawberries
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tube of condensed milk

Preparation:

First of all, wash the sustainables strawberries and cut into small pieces. At this point place them in the blender, adding the juice of a lemon (taking care to remove all the seeds) and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend everything for about 30 seconds, until you have obtained a fairly liquid consistency.

Then place the preparation in containers or glasses, adding a few drops of liqueur (it is not mandatory for the recipe). Fill the containers up to about halfway, creating a sort of hole in the center, where you will put a spoonful of condensed milk. At this point, place the rest of the strawberries sauce in the glasses, covering completely the hole of condensed milk.

At this point, take some wooden sticks and put them in the center of the glasses and place your containers in the freezer for about 4 hours, until the paddles have hardened completely. Before serving the dessert, take the strawberry paddles from the molds and garnish with a few drops of strawberry juice or condensed milk. If you prefer a light version of this dessert, you can replace the condensed milk with low-fat yogurt, Greek style, and the result will be excellent.
